When camera opens phone restart

Anyone knows my phone is restarting when i open camera just back camera. In the past i tried to display with frame replacement may i damaged camera ? Therefore when phone is restarting battery decreases like %90 to %5

Sounds like the battery got damaged when it got removed. I would start with another battery first and see if that fixes the issue.
