Hi,
The WiFi antennas may have become dislodged from their connectors
Here’s a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy View Motherboard Replacement guide.
It is useful as it shows how to open the tablet so that you can check the antennas’ connectors.
Scroll to Step.11 to view the antenna connections locations.
