When I try to turn it on , the LED flashes white one time and when I continue pressing the button it flashes blue. I would like to know how to fix or atleast reset it to factory settings. Thank you for jbl e25bt

I had this problem, it wont connect to a previous iphone I have been using (to connect). The solution was to have the device disconnected from iphone (forget the device) and have iphone (or your device) connect to it again as if it were the first time pairing it. Works for me everytime

I had the same problem, You need to turn of the headphones, when charging off hold the power button for 10 seconds, then remove it from charging and then turn it on, finally it would show on your device and other devices too. If this does not help then factory reset your headphones and try this method again.

I believe that the blue light you're seeing is the device trying to establish a bluetooth connection. Verify the device you’re connecting to has bluetooth enabled and if you are still having issues it might be due to an issue internal to the E25BT.

What if its flashing white and blue at the same time
Mine does the same, maybe you found out how to fix it??
My device say it is battery full but when I connect it to my device it won't connect. The problem is in the case it blinks white and blue and is charged but when I take them out, it shows no flash or blink.
my bluetooth earbud keeps blinking I tried many ways like the internet said press the volume down and stuff but the best way is open it and using needle or sharp thing break the blue light. Then fixed, just try it, I am not electrician but I tried and worked for me and it will work for you. Hope that helps

My jbls just flashing blue and undiscoverable…think they are toast. Have tried everything. Sony here i come!

I had this happen before, when the blue lights are flashing it thinks that you're going to connect a new device. Forget the earbuds from your device and connect it again, and then it will work.

I find the best way to resolve the flashing blue light but not connecting/ pairing to any device, is to connect the headphones to the charger.
