the fan just suddenly stopped working. I've replaced the fuse in the plug but can't get into the fan to check anything else.
Was too expensive to just get rid of it.
Can you help?

How long have you had the fan?
Depending on your location, Dyson has a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on the fan.
If your fan is still within the warranty period, consult the warranty statement as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.

I took the fan back to Dyson but they said it is too old and they don’t have the parts for it anymore so they asked to trade it in for a new fan! but I paid too m uch for the fan in the first place to just chuck it.
