How do I fix the display?

i have an hp notebook 14am052nr with windows 10. I was trying to set my laptop"s monitor display so my tv would stop saying "unsupported." I accidentally hit only 2nd display so now my pc screen goes black when i plug in my hdmi cable and i cannot see it to fix it. How do I reset my display settings?

옵션

Try restarting the laptop in safe mode. Also try powering down the laptop, removing the battery for a few min, reinstall it and power it back on. You could also try plugging it into another TV.
