iMac CPU + Ram Upgrade Compatibility

I am looking to upgrade my Mid-2014 iMac. It currently has a core i5 1.4 GHz processor and 8GB of DDR3 ram. I have found a kit of 16gb of ddr3 ram, but I don't know if it is compatible: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ct2k8g3s13...

I was also looking to see what the maximum compatible CPU that the iMac is able to handle that is also under $250.

Got some bad news :-{

Your system has a soldered in CPU so it can’t be replaced, to add to this your RAM is also soldered in!
