Laptop doesn't start up.

When I turn it on, it shows the lenovo startup sign then goes black. Sometimes it shuts down from there, while other times it goes back and out again, a few times it starts a diagnosis and lead me to the blue background with options thing. I tried most if not all of the option; resseting it goes up to like 20% and fails, recovery goes through but doesn't change anything. Also I can still go to BIOS, i just cant get it to start. Maybe a hard drive issue? Any fix? Buy a new one?
