Middle button not working/responding to clicks.

I have a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse. The middle mouse button below the scroll wheel is not responding to clicks. Seems like the button is faulty. May I know what is the part number for the button replacement? Thanks.

My mouse is doing something similar, but is constantly sending a signal, which means i am unable to press on anything else. It only stops with the mouse flipped upside down.
