printer blue light flashing but not working
printer blue light flashing it dose the startup sequence but nothing els and the touch screen is off

Hello,
I have an Epson XP-800. When I power up, the power button lights up but the screen never comes on.
The power light blinks once every 10 seconds or so, but I cannot see what the problem is.
Help!

hi turn on printer then unplug the power source then click each printer release button but don’t take them out.
this may be hard if the cover is over them but still possible.
plug back in and wait it should tell you that the cartridges are not installed
then click all back in good luck

Fantastic just saved my bacon printing my daughters wedding invites it worked as you said

ok try this, take the power lead out of the back of the printer or turn off from the mains.
then open the lid and release each of the ink cartridges, you may have to use something fine like a small screwdriver as it will be in the docked position, you don't have to take the cartridges out.
plug back in and power up at this point it should come back on, good luck
