2 Windows 10 lagging after upgrading
After I upgraded my HP Mini from Windows 7 to Windows 10, it lags and I don't need to get back to Windows 7! Very laggy! Laggiest of all is Paint 3D. How do I fix it!?

while the minimum system requirements for windows 10 are a 1 GHz processor, i have noticed that when i upgraded my old hp 2000 with 1.3GHz dual core it started to lag as well, so unfortunately you netbooks processor is not strong enough to run windows 10 with without lagging. i recommend reverting back to windows 7.
