Here’s a link to the ifixit Xbox One Optical Drive Replacement guide.
Once you have removed the ODD you should be able to carefully open the ODD case and remove the piece of paper and then re-assemble it again.

um disasemble the system i dont know the peice of paper must be in the disc drive

It is in the disc drive
what you want to do is disesemble your system try finding a tutoreal or whatever find the disc drive part of your console and gently remove the piece of paper without damaging any componets if you cant do that then try contacting microsoft for the issue
get a disc and put a double piece of tape on the disc and put the disc in about half way then pull it out and the paper should come out
