Replacement cover any ideas

Is this the lens cover that automatically closes when you turn off the camera, to protect the lens from dust?

If it’s sticking it could be due to dirt. There’s a small chance you can clean it out.

Spares for modern compact cameras are rarely if ever available, but there are plenty advertised cheaply on eBay as “spares or repair”. So long as you choose one with a different fault you should be able to cannibalise it for the parts you need. But in the case of the lens, you will need to replace the whole lens assembly unless you’re up for a real challenge!
