How to install os in disable bios?

couple weeks ago, my sister drop his laptop which is Acer Aspire V5-571P. The laptop left hinges was broken apart and worse part is, the screen won’t turn on. So she use hdmi cable from his laptop to tv and checks everything is fine, other than the screen. She gave me the laptop.

I dissemble the screen from the laptop and plug it again on tv but the screen resolution kinda bit off so i change it. After that, the laptop won’t show any display again even on tv so I think I kinda messed up about the screen resolution.

So, this time, I dissemble the whole laptop to make it reset the whole thing and assembling it again and when it turn on, suddenly the screen turn on and i do not have to connect it with tv. Problem is, It only showing desktop one time only and after I restart it, it keep restarting and showing blue screen few times until it show advance repair. I choose that option but after it finished, it keeps restarting again and no more choice for advance repair again, I’m stuck at boot loop. And I can’t enter to BIOS due it automatically disable.

So, I dissemble and assemble the laptop again. When it show desktop, I quickly go to safe mode and choose to able bios. IEFI to legacy and install windows 10 in hopes it will repair the boot loop before. After it finished installing, I restart my laptop, and suddenly the screen goes off again, even when I try to connect it to tv. The laptop show power and keyboard light and I can hear the fan spinning but my screen off.

And again, I dissemble and assemble everything. And this is making it more worse. The bios reset and I have no os. I can’t install new os due can’t enter bios due bios is automatically disable.

Please help me solve this, Can I install os from another computer?

Gigi Biru you have a lot going on here. “it keeps restarting again and no more choice for advance repair again, I’m stuck at boot loop. And I can’t enter to BIOS due it automatically disable. “if you cannot access the BIOS you cannot change the boot order to boot from either a CD or USB port. This will make it difficult to replace your OS. It is also hard to make out if your display issue is a settings issue (which may be set out of parameter for your internal and external display). For now I would stop assembling and disassembling your computer. Try to reset the BIOS. On the Acer Aspire V5 series, open the bottom cover and remove the RAM. There should be a couple of pads on the board labelled G2201. Remove the battery and power cord as well. Use a paperclip or a piece of wire to short those two pads. While holding the wire, plug the computer back in, then push the power button. This should clear our BIOS. For as long as your cannot access your BIOS you cannot get a new OS. Let us know what you get. Don’t do many things at once because it gets confusing and it’ll be hard for you to figure out where the problem really is. After all with the history of this computer it could be the LCD or it could be the hard drive etc.

well, i don't have and os anymore though because when I try to format and try to install new windows, I already delete the partition. =(

That's why I can't enter bios again.

The BIOS will be separate from the OS you should still get into the BIOS to set your boot mode to something like USB etc. and load a new OS from an external drive.

sorry a bit preoccupied this two weeks. so I have to install new os from ext drive. Can I do it from different computer? I mean I install it in 32bit computer but open it 64bit computer?

Try removing the hard drive before doing anything, including a BIOS reset. Many laptops have problems booting with a damaged hard drive (or drives that refuse to initialize) to eliminate a common failure point with dropped laptops. This will make it clear if you are dealing with other hardware problems because the machine will see the drive isn’t there and try and PXE boot or ask for boot media. The guide to do this can be found here, although this is for the 571 rather the the 571p. It shouldn’t be an issue since p usually indicates Performance, so it’s likely the same disassembly wise but it uses AMD/nVidia graphics instead of Intel onboard video. While the machines are likely similar, watch out for any traps because of the slight model difference in the linked guide.

If you continue having problems, either reset the BIOS with the pads @oldturkey03 talked about or remove the CMOS battery.

First of all, I already dissemble everything including cmos battery and Can I do that without os? well, i don't have and os anymore though because when I try to format and try to install new windows, I already delete the partition. =(
