Camera will not auto focus.

My auto focus stopped working recently. I tried cleaning the mirror and sub mirror and after attaching the lens the camera will no longer autofocus (lens just keeps hunting).

Manual focus works just fine and Liveview works as well. I did clean the contacts on the camera and lens and even tried different lens, same result. Strange thing though if I point the camera vertically up AF does work for the most part. Any ideas?
