1 Fitbit died after the software update... fitbit cannot help
Fitbit Ionic died, factory reset doesnโt even get it to start. Fitbit has not offered any solution other than offering me a 25% coupon to buy a new oneโฆ this is one year after I bought it, just after the warranty expired. What can I do to fix it?
