My BB Leap is non-responsive. Touch screen, on button and and all other buttons don't work. When plugging in the charging cable, the screen goes on and shows it's still on and does still charge but nothing is working. Holding down the on button to do a hard reset doesn't work either. No incoming calls or messages.

If none of the input properties on your phone are working, then there may either be a loose connection to the main circuit board of the phone or a damaged main circuit board.
You may be able to return the phone to the manufacturer for repairs depending on the warranty agreement, or you may need to buy a new phone.
