Can this lens be fixed?

I dropped it on the floor n thr is a slight crack at the side of the lens, then it juz cant focus n take

Looks like the crack is on the UV filter, if auto focus is not working, it might be best to try and get it serviced, or accept the lenses fate and use it in manual only.
