touch screen not working
Wife dropped her watch I replaced screen with a new one that came screen and Digitizer. Screen came on and I can’t use the touch screen.

One of the connectors could've been unplugged and you haven't realized it. Or you could've damaged the connector when opening the Apple watch. I'd suggest opening it up again and making sure that all the screen cables are plugged

same problem, opened it up and made double sure everything was connected properly. still not working for touch. also tried resetting the device by holding the two buttons simultaneously. dissapointed that this isn’t working for me. Would really appreciate if somebody else figured out how to get it working.
