360 camera not working
On the Essential optional 360 camera will not start. Why? phone to see camera when connected but won’t.

I'm bummed my post dissappeared when i tried to edit but oh well.
First and formost do you have an essential phone (ph-1) perhaps. Can you please give model for phone and 360 camera. As with the little research i did it looks as though they have to go hand in hand.
Additionally i did find a support page from essential’s website.
