How to de-pairing the keyboard
I bought a new iPad and gave the old one away to a friend. Now I cannot pair the keyboard to my new iPad. How do I make the keyboard forget the pairing to my previous ipad?

Try removing the batteries overnight to allow it to clear. Ten minutes might work too.

Hold the power button on the keyboard for 10 seconds when its turned off.
you’ll find when you first turn it on the LED flashes slowly. thats searching for current connections.
When you hold it longer you’ll see a rapid flash sequence (then release the button) and it will be in active ‘search’ mode.
It’ll then pop up as a new device to be connected.
