my laptop was stuck on a boot loop on the acer logo ive looked online and everyome mostly said to reset it but when i try to reset it it says error and ive tried to do the biomes boot thing aswell but i cant find it in the biomes.Idrk what to do someone please help

it keeps on showing acer over and iver again but when i try to reset it doesnt work
In that case, please try the following:
1. Turn your computer on and start hitting the F11 button very rapidly over and over again.
2. If an "Advanced Options" screen appears, select the Startup Repair option. This will tell Windows to repair what is blocking Windows from loading onto your screen.
