1 Volume very low from shuffle. Used to be fine...
Hello, refound my shuffle after about a year and charged it up, plugged in the headphone and now I can't increase volume, I can barely hear the music.
Never had a problem before so thought fault lay with the headphones, bought a new pair and issue still there.
Any ideas…..?

Hi Adele, You can only raise the volume with the headsets right?
Which kind of headsets are you using ? The older ones or the newer ones? Perhaps there is a difference in them.
