front carb floods over fuel does not shut off when ign. turned off

bike has set for about 8 months this started after carbs cleaned lot of pressure even when ign turned off

Sounds like a float is sticking. Try tapping on the carb to see if that stops it. If it does then the float is sticking.

thanks for your help ....i took the carb apart and found the little rubber tip on the needle and seat was bad .....
