Soft Brick - no OS installed

Hi,

I accidentally wiped my OS from my tablet before making a back up to restore with. Now I cannot access anything on my tablet apart from the initial “Samsung” boot screen. All buttons are functional.

I can currently access TRWP via recovery mode, however am having trouble coming to the point where I can reinstall an OS.

Could anyone guide me on how I could reinstall the OS again?
