My laptop is connected to the charger and when i try to turn it on the light from the on button will turn on and then a noise will happen and it will just stop everything what do i do?

The power jack probably needs to be replaced. Unfortunately this is extremely common. To be sure it's not related to the battery though, try removing the battery, plugging the AC charging cable in and see if it turns on with no battery installed.

athena sosa depends on this “and then a noise will happen “ which could be a bad fan or a bad hard drive etc. Can you somehow describe that noise. It may be time to open up your computer and take a good look at things like the fan, CPU thermal paste etc. Use these guides Acer Aspire One 751h-1948 to start working on it. Let us know what you find. I’d start with the HDD and go from there.
