My food processor 10 in 1 doesn't spin. My Mom over loaded the processer and now the spinner doesn't spin. Motor works and I can see that internally it is spinning but the white top that is visible doesnt. I can't find anything in the guide. It says Intertek inside but can't seem to find much help from their website either. It looks as if it's a single unit with the spinner to one side. Please help

If you search online there are plenty of people who fix their food processors. I’m sure you could find a solution for your FP (Food Processor) if you search online. When you search don’t mention Ginny’s brand. You might then find a solution.

I have tried. Their motor and spinner connection does not seem the same. I have edited my post to include pictures.
Can you please contact Ginny's support if they have any? Your Mum could possibly have wrecked the threading on the connection part between the motor and the processor.
