Bluetooth connected... but not?

I have an Altec Lansing OmniJacket bluetooth speaker that automatically connects to my Windows 10 desktop when I turn it on, but it always connects as "voice" only. Then I have to disconnect it, then reconnect and it voila! It then connects as "voice and music".

Any idea how I can make it connect correctly the first time and every time?
