Hi,
On attempting to charge my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 the battery symbol comes up with the lightning bolt inside it but the whole logo just flashes and doesn’t charge the device.
Does anyone know what is happening here?

Hi, try a different compatible charger (even connected it to a computer) or a different charger cable

Neil Pattison if the aforementioned answer do es not resolve the issue then it is possible that you need a new battery Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Battery Replacement Also, check the port where the charger connects to. Make sure that it is clean and that there are no bend or broken pins etc. It is repalcable as shown in this guide Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Charging Port & Microphone Replacement Worst case scenario would be an issue with the power management IC on the motherboard. So let us know what you find out.
