With a broken timing belt you will have:
bent valves
damaged pistons
possibly bent con rods
Or just a useless timing belt. Do not try cranking the motor over (might lead to all issues mentioned above). Take it to a capable garage!

the timing belt is broken and it damaged the engie

If you have a keyless push button ignition it requires you press on the brake to start. There's a brake pedal switch that performs this function which is a common problem and quick repair.

Since you are really not telling us anything about what your car does or doesn't do. Start witht he basics. Do you have any battery power? Do your dashlights come on? Do your lights come on? Do they go dim when you try to start your car? You need to give more info if you want a definite answer.
