75% of the time it is a virus. Probably a Trojan. Save all existing files and then purge you computer with a powerwash. Then start over. That is the best I can do…

That was all I got.. Sorry…. You might have to contact the manufacture if none of this helps.

How ever you reset to factory settings… I don’t know because I am not familiar with that specific device… Only the ware…
