I can’t get hold of enough paper to slowly pull it out. The jam is at the front small roller, not under the paper path drawer. Paper has rolled around the front roller several times and there is about 1/4” of paper sticking out, not enough to pull

Open the top copier door and glass door at the same time, like you're changing the ink. At the very back, there is a flap with 2 gray slide pulls that you pull toward each other, then pull upward. Your stuck paper debris should be there, clear it out. Hold the 2 slide pulls again and put the flap back where it was. Close lids and the menu should ask if it can continue.
