Newly fixed joy con drifting

I replaced the thumbstick on my left joy con about 2 weeks ago, and it’s starting to drift again. Has anybody else had this happen? I have one more replacement thumbstick, but I was going to use that in my other set of joy cons.

I have been wondering about the joycon drift issue and why it appears as well.

So far, this video clip seems to be explaining it the best and how to fix it.
