Replacing Screen - Active Pen Compatibility?

Hi all,

I unfortunately need to replace the screen of my Lenovo Yoga 720 131kb. I know the part I need is LCD Model no. 5D10N24291 and there are plenty of parts resellers out there for this. My problem is that many of the sellers note that their product does not have Active Pen compatibility. I imagine that this is because there’s a difference in pins or connectors between the original and most generic replacements?

I use my pen a lot and would like to find a replacement screen that will allow me to keep using it. Is it even possible to replace the screen and keep pen functionality? Are there keywords I can be looking for that would indicate if a replacement part will support the pen, is there another part entirely, or am I sol on this?
