I easily found a replacement digitizer for my scratched one on my Switch Lite (they’re all over ebay and Amazon), but it did not come with the adhesive foam to attach it to the LCD and the case. I can’t seem to find this foam anywhere, though I did see replacement foam for the regular Switch. Is this foam available somewhere or is there another solution for replacing the digitizer?

sorry to revive an old question but did anyone ever find any of this foam? Or is Tesa Tape good enough? I’ve got a switch lite digi to replace but the owner already attempted it themselves and binned the old Digi along with the foam so I need to get replacement

I ended up using pieces from the Tesa 61395 card that iFixit sells. I did this for the outer ring of adhesive, the part that attaches the digitizer to the Switch itself. For the inner ring of adhesive, the part that attaches the digitizer to the LCD panel, I was actually able to carefully remove the old foam from my scratched digitizer and reuse it. It actually came off the old digitizer pretty easily when I carefully removed it with tweezers. I couldn’t salvage the outer ring in this way, though.
