Stuck Garmin Nuvi GPS
Recently went on a trip, used Garmin GPS and worked great. Now the GPS is stuck in the city we went to and is constantly "searching" for the satellite. It can't find itself, how do we fix it?

Have you tried a good-ol'-fashioned hard boot? Remove the battery and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Re-insert the battery and fire it up again. If that doesn't work can you update it through your computer? That may get it out of what ever loop it's stuck in.

The battery can't be removed as easily as suggested above. But there is a reset button on the bottom edge. Look closely at the serial-number label, and press a soft spot near one end, next to the word 'reset'.
