Apps and games closing

All of the sudden if I open one of my games or messenger it opens up and within seconds it flashes off and just goes back to my home screen.

I’ve had it at least a year with no problems.Its been doing this for 2 days now.

I’ve cleaned up my storage. Deleted unused apps, unneeded pics and videos. There are no error messages of any sort popping up. Help this Grandma please lol
