replacing screen for dell e4300 guide

i am struggling to find a guide or a tutorial on how to replace the lcd on my dell e4300. i could not find anything out there so i came here as a best known resource (used to take guides for repairing my mac's. excellent place to look for guides etc.)

if you happen to have some pictures or a video on what steps i need to follow, would be great.
