There Is No Picture, Just Blur?

My Camera Works And Turns On, It’s Just That When It Turns On It’s Not Showing What It’s Pointing At, It Just Looks Blurry, It’s Like It’s Always Zoomed In At Max And It’s Moving.

And It Has Dust Specles Somewhere That Is Not On The Outer Side Of The Lens

Mary Christie Allden this “Has Dust Specles Somewhere” as well as the rest of your cameras issues, could be a bad CMOS sensor or a bad lens. I’d start with the lens NIkon Coolpix A900 Lens Replacement
