Hi. Last night my phone died because it needed a battery charge. When I recharged it, however, it would not turn on past the intro screen with the sprint and HTC logo. It was not dropped nor was it wet. How can I fix this?

I would start of wit trying a complete hard reset "
Power off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down, and the Power Button until you see the HTC logo, followed by white screen with blue text.
Press the Volume Down button and the phone will reset.
Press the Volume Down button again to restart the phone."
Hope you got your stuff backed up, not sure if it will restore all your settings etc. Good Luck
