Screen display correct but doesn't recognize touch sense

The phone started acting day before. It stopped recognizing touch, but the phone still functions (get message, get phone call, screen show no defect). Do I need to replace the screen?

Hi @acgg ,

It appears as though the digitizer is faulty but you will have to replace the LCD screen as well as they are a complete assembly.

Here’s the ifixit LG G6 Screen Replacement guide which may help.

Replacement assemblies are available online. Just search for LG G6 LCD + digitizer replacement to get results for suppliers
