It appears as though the digitizer is faulty but you will have to replace the LCD screen as well as they are a complete assembly.

Here’s the ifixit [guide|123848] guide which may help.

Replacement assemblies are available online. Just search for ''LG G6 LCD + digitizer replacement'' to get results for suppliers
