Front facing camera not working after service pack replacement

I recently repaired a friends Note 20 ultra screen with a service pack. The repair went well with swapping all the original parts over. However when we booted the phone the front facing camera will not work. I went through and pulled the original camera from the original housing to try that. Since the service pack came with one in place I thought maybe it was faulty. However even after using the original and going through and factory resetting and doing everything I could find online to do still no dice. The front facing camera still will not work. Anyone run in to this issue or know how to potentially remedy this?
