Neat Scanner won't turn on.
This product was working. It has some age on it. Should I get a new power cord. Or is it possible that the board died?

Hi,
Unless the power cord looks old and tired, it is more likely that the problem is on the printer circuit board.
Here’s the ifixit NeatDesk™ Desktop Scanner Circuit Board Repair guide that may help in finding the problem.
