**MY LAPTOP IS A L50-C-1FQ BUT I CANNOT FIND IT ON THE DEVICE SEARCH**
Hi there, so I went to power on my laptop and this has happened:
and it does that for as long as it wants.
Background information:
My laptop only powers on when charging and remains at 0% or 1%
I got it on 11 February
1TB hard drive

That means it’s loading the OS. Could mean anything really. You could try booting into safe mode or whatever. Maybe try disabling secure boot. Could you boot from a usb pendrive and see if you can still see the drive? (maybe clone your disk using clonezilla if you have precious data on it)

has it ever booted up? id recommend starting it in safe mode and see if that works.
