I changed the LCD of the phone, using a 3rd part LCD, everything works fine until it turns on. Once it starts to turn on the brightness goes very low and I can’t see anything, I tried to raise the brightness level but nothing changes. I made a video that I think explains better my problem

The backlight is not working. Try reseating the connector, and if that does not work, the third-party display may be the culprit. Try another replacement display in that instance, and the dealer of your old unit should refund you for the faulty part.
