Watchstrap bridge post snapped off
With one watchstrap bridge post having snapped off leaving watchstrap unsecurable, could a new top body(?) be fitted and at what cost?

I would research epoxy glue for this. It may be tough finding one that will adhere to the plastic. I would fill the void, then press in the pin. Of course, it make replacing the band a little difficult.
