erratic instrument cluster most days

every few days,my instrument cluster is erratic..gauges will all go down then back up,including voltage and signal lights won’t work..sometimes when I push the off utton,the car doesn’t shut off 2014 buick lacrosse..what could be the problem?

loose wiring, broken wire or water in electrics most probably, does the cluster and lights stop working whilst your driving? have you checked the battery terminals are secured tightly and there’s no dirt or discharge on them?
