Mic not work after change

Hello,

I replaced the microphone module of my P20 Lite and tried to replace the flat connection of the same with the motherboard, but the microphone on call still does not work (the interlocutor does not hear my voice). The only thing I haven't tried to change yet is the thin black connection wire between the charging module and the motherboard (why should that be just the antenna, right ??) and the black module the one that goes on top of the charging module (the one that is screwed so to speak), can they hit something ?? Tips ?? Thanks so much.
