Phone Says No Network Connection After Screen Repair

Phone will work on wifi but says no network connection after screen replacement. I’ve tried taking the SIM out and putting it back in, and a reset and still nothing.. Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

First, check the IMEI is present on the phone or not and also confirm that the network antenna is connected properly. Most have a wire connected to connector may loose or bad contact.
