2014 VW Passat SE, 1.8L Turbo Gas Engine. Recently changed radiator and turbo cooler, along with A/C condenser. Then changed radiator fans (both - entire assembly). Now fans won’t shut off. Have been told may be ambient sensor, but cannot locate. Cannot locate control module, etc. No codes in ECM. Help please!

I had my cooling fans running at max on my vehicle (and always showed cold engine), and it turned out to be the engine temp sensor went bad.
